Tunza introduces care seekers to independent self-employed carers. We are not a care employment agency, we do not employ carers, and we are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider. Carers on our platform work independently. We strongly recommend care seekers conduct their own due diligence and check references before engaging any carer.

Pay a one-off introduction fee
When you're ready to connect with a specific carer, pay a single £49 introduction fee. This unlocks direct messaging between you and the carer. No subscription needed.
Message directly and arrange care
Chat freely with your chosen carer, discuss requirements, agree on rates and schedule a first meeting — entirely on your terms.

Complete your profile with your specialisms, experience, qualifications, availability and rates. Add a 60-second video intro for best results.
Get verified
Submit your DBS certificate, public liability insurance and right-to-work evidence. We verify within 1–3 business days and badge your profile.
Get found by care seekers
Your verified profile appears in search results for care users in your area. You're notified instantly when someone shortlists you.
Connect and start earning
When a care user pays the introduction fee, you can start messaging and arrange care directly — no agency, no commission, no cuts.

Our safeguarding commitment: Tunza takes safeguarding seriously. All users can report concerns through our platform at any time. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours. In cases of immediate risk, please contact emergency services (999) or the Local Authority Adult Safeguarding team.
